Job Description

Handicap International Federation is an independent and impartial international solidarity organization, which intervenes in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflicts and disasters. Working alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, it acts and testifies to meet their basic needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights. Created in 2009, it brings together eight national associations, founded between 1982 and 2006: Germany, Belgium, Canada, United States, France, Luxembourg, United Kingdom and Switzerland. The Federation is responsible for the implementation of the social missions of the network in some sixty countries.

Job Requirements

Set for this study:

  1. Identify, for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, the barriers to access to care during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and when monitoring children aged 0-5
  2. Analyze the services offered to children born with disabilities in relation to the standard care they should receive
  3. Propose adapted and lasting solutions / actions for each problem and barrier identified
  4. Identify recommendations and indications that can contribute to the definition of orientations, priorities, thematic axes and intervention targets for the period 2022-2026. For more details regarding this job please click here
