Job Description

AFR began its operations in 2010 with the core objective of stimulating the development of the financial sector in Rwanda. AFR’s intention is to remove the systemic barriers that hinder access to financial services by putting low-income people particularly the rural poor, women, and youth at the centre of its interventions. AFR supports the development and provision of financial services including savings, credit, insurance, payments, and remittances. AFR is funded by DFID, the MasterCard Foundation, Sweden, and USAID.

 

Job Requirements

AFR identifies and addresses constraints that prevent the financial market from reaching Rwanda’s low-income population, and promote innovations and learning that result in sustainable change in the financial sector. Improving access to financial services for the rural poor and women is a particular focus. It is in this regard that AFR is seeking a service provider that provides professional photography, animation, and videography services with experience in producing audio-visual materials for development work.  The service provider will assist the organization to document its various project activities and success stories through photography, animation, and videography. This production will make part of AFR’s program and projects’ audio-visual portfolio.

The objective of the assignment is documenting AFR’s work through high-quality Photography, Animation, and Videography with appealing graphics and sound.
